Printable Workout Tracker

I found a great replacement for those ugly forms you get from the gym to track your workout progress today on Corrie Haffly’s blog. It’s a simple solution with column groups for tracking sets and columns in each group to track reps and weight. Since I don’t always do the same number of reps in each set I’ll probably end up writing the reps over the weight in each column like “15/20″, but I could definitely get into using this.
